Role Overview: As a UX/UI Designer at Zaviago.com, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting the visual and interactive elements of our platform. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll transform ideas into user-centered designs that enhance usability, accessibility, and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for both our platform's web front end and backend admin control panel.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand user needs and translate them into design concepts.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to guide the development process.

• Design and maintain the UI elements and design patterns for a consistent user experience across the platform.

• Understand the logic and function of designing admin control panels, considering user workflows and efficient data presentation.

• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate designs to optimize user experiences.

• Work closely with the QA team to ensure the seamless implementation of your designs.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work for web and mobile applications, including backend admin panels.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or similar.

• Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user research methodologies.

• Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first design.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related fields (or equivalent experience).

• Previous experience in UX/UI design roles, preferably in tech or startup environments.

• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with usability testing and user-centered design processes.
